Multi-tenant VPS and trading-tooling SaaS, run end to end — product, infrastructure, billing, and the AI agent layer. Recent work is agent and reliability engineering on a live customer base.

  • Multi-channel Trade Journal alert engine — Telegram, ntfy, browser SSE, HMAC-signed webhooks — shipped in a release that also caught and patched a cross-tenant data leak.
  • LLM content-audit pipeline surfaced 4 legal contradictions across 126 customer emails; corrections shipped to 38 customers with zero failures.
  • Trade reconciliation recovered $540K of phantom data across 7 accounts via cross-platform duplicate detection, then re-anchored P&L to the broker.
  • Self-healing provisioning across multiple hypervisors and regions — golden templates and fail-closed account creation that designed out a recurring class of allocation bugs.

Producer-direct marketplace SaaS. Feature-architecture leadership across web, API and delivery — and new revenue lanes — with a nine-person remote team.

  • Shipped the v4 seller & delivery chain behind progressive feature flags, with the marketplace live throughout.
  • Built the Market Partner Program — multi-tenant schema, partner-introduced producer prefill, full-funnel attribution.
  • Launched Farm Direct Sourcing — a two-sided wholesale channel opening a B2B lane beside the consumer storefront.
  • Rebuilt SEO foundations and replaced fabricated platform stats with real producer proof.
