// what I do

Three ways to put twenty years to work.

01

AI Opportunity Review

A fixed-fee, plain-English plan: what to automate first, what to buy off the shelf, what it'll cost, where it'll break, and what to leave alone. For owners without an in-house technical person.

  • Fixed fee
  • Plain English
  • No vendor pitch
02

Fractional CTO / AI Lead

Senior technical leadership for founders: architecture, delivery, and team. I design the failure modes before the happy path. CTO of a $32M company before thirty; burn cut from $1.8M to $650k.

  • Architecture
  • Team & delivery
  • AI strategy
03

Implementation Recovery, via WeSync

Audit a failed or stalled software / AI deployment, find the root cause, and deliver fixed-fee remediation, independent of the original vendor. Big-4 finance rigour paired with Fortune-500 architecture.

  • Recovery audit
  • Fixed-fee
  • Vendor-independent

FXVPS

Founder & Lead Engineer

2017–present

Multi-tenant VPS and trading-tooling SaaS, run end to end across product, infrastructure, billing, and the AI agent layer. Recent work is agent and reliability engineering on a live customer base.

  • Real-time customer alerting across four channels, shipped in a release that also hardened multi-tenant data isolation.
  • LLM content-audit pipeline reviewed 126 customer emails, flagged compliance and consistency issues, and shipped corrections to 38 customers with zero failures.
  • Trade reconciliation recovered $540K of phantom data across 7 accounts, then re-anchored portfolio P&L to the broker as source of truth.
  • Re-architected the provisioning platform so a recurring class of account and allocation failures was engineered out, with fewer incidents and no manual recovery.

Farm to You

Engineering Lead

2024–present

Producer-direct marketplace SaaS. Feature-architecture leadership across web, API and delivery, plus new revenue lanes, with a nine-person remote team.

  • Shipped the v4 seller & delivery chain with controlled, staged rollout, so the marketplace stayed live throughout.
  • Built the Market Partner Program, a partner-led growth channel with producer prefill and full-funnel attribution.
  • Launched Farm Direct Sourcing, a two-sided wholesale channel opening a B2B lane beside the consumer storefront.
  • Rebuilt SEO foundations and replaced placeholder platform stats with real producer proof.

WeSync

Co-Founder & CTO

2021–present

Independent SaaS and AI implementation-recovery service. We audit failed enterprise deployments and deliver fixed-fee remediation without depending on the original vendor.

  • 21-day Implementation Recovery Audit, a fixed-scope technical and process autopsy.
  • Co-founded with a former Deloitte consultant with $150–340M programme experience.

Company.com

Chief Technology Officer

2013–2015

Bundled operational cloud software for SMBs. Partners included OfficeMax and Radio Shack.

  • Cut annual staffing cost from $1.8M to $650k and reduced hardware infrastructure cost 10×.

Eaymon Latif
// about

I spent two decades building technical products: architecture and delivery across nine Fortune 500 and three Fortune 50 clients including Home Depot, OfficeMax and Radio Shack, then ran engineering as a CTO before thirty.

Today that experience mostly goes into helping people make good decisions about AI: what is worth automating, what to buy rather than build, and what to leave alone. I still build these systems myself, which is the only reason the advice is any good. I design the failure modes before the happy path.
